Finding help and support

With the site package that you have just purchased you will receive free phone support for the first 30 days of your site package.  If more help is needed after those first 30 days then you can purchase 1/2 hour blocks of phone support for $20.   You can also use our online ticket system to send us a ticket with your question-this is always free and so is the "Online Chat" service.

Using our online ticket system is the best way for you to get a quick response from our technical support team. The online ticket system helps track your questions and allows us to respond to each person in an orderly fashion. To submit a ticket, go to http://support.halosites.com, you must first "Register" before you can submit a ticket.   Remember to always include your HaloSites Admin ID and PW.  This lets us know which site you are referring to and we require this information before any work can be done on your ticket request.  This is a safety measure designed to protect your site from unwanted changes. 

One of the goals at HaloSites was to create easy to manage web sites that any one could maintain and control. With that said, we understand that not everyone has the same level of computer knowledge or skills. At HaloSites our customers come first and therefore we provide many ways for users to get help and support with their site.
