Upload your .wmv file to the File Manager.
right click on the file link and copy the URL
address.
open the page editor of the page you want to place the video
on.
click somewhere inside the page content - click on the media file icon
(next to the flash
icon).
paste the URL address into the URL field (above the browse button) and click insert.
Then save
your work at the bottom of the page editor.
